Instruction Cards - Pack of 50

This set includes 50 cards with
detailed instructions on
how to take care of eyebrows
after the permanent eyebrow makeup
procedure in the ombre technique
(powder or shaded eyebrows).

On the back of each card,
there is space to fill in the client's
details such as name,
first and second procedure date,
and information about the pigments
and device used.

After completing
the permanent makeup procedure,
hand over the AFTERCARE pamphlet to the client.
Write the date of the second visit
on the back of the card
for the client's reference.

New European regulations on
cosmetic pigments (Regulation (EU) 2017/745)
require artists to inform their
clients about the pigments used
in their procedures.

Article 10 of the regulation
specifically states that
"the manufacturer or importer
shall ensure that each cosmetic
product or device is supplied with
instructions for use, including
the name and address of the manufacturer,
importer, or distributor and
the necessary information
to identify the cosmetic
product or device".

As part of these instructions for
use, artists must inform their
clients about the pigments used
in their procedures, including
the name and brand of the pigment.

This is important for clients
as it helps to identify potential
allergic reactions or other negative
effects related to the use of the pigment.

In addition, artists may also be required
to keep records of pigments
used in their procedures, including
the brand, lot number, and expiration date.

This can help ensure traceability
and safety of the pigments used
in the procedure and may be required
by regulatory bodies or health authorities.
