For customers who have For this product we will provide a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty by the Quantum producer; For components (such as: cable, charger) we will provide a 12 (twelve) month warranty by the Quantum producer located under the following address: Stawy 5 street, 02-467 Warsaw, which covers fatcory defects of the product or defects resulting from production reasons. Return shipping to the producer's delivery spot is covered by the warrantor based on the payment document (sales receipt, invoice) from a shipping spot - the shipping price shouldn't exceed the price of standard shipping (the producer covers only standard shipping, without any extra services, i.e. express delivery, weekend delivery etc.) The warrantor may order picking up the package from the client's, but it may extend the time of the process. The customer should contact our service to set the deatils through a RMA form (after filing a complaint). The warrantor is obliged to remove the defects immediately (max. 30 days), but this time may be extended in case of consulting with the client and the time of the client's delay in respoding proportionally. The warranty doesn't cover mechanical damage (water damage, fall, break, crack etc.) caused by the customer. The warranty does not cancel, limit or suspend the buyer's rights based on the rules of warranty for defects of a sold item.

of even the most demanding linergists.
Cartridges are exclusively compatible with
the Quantum One machine.
Precise external housing and a profiled
cartridge tip ensure stable needle work,
as well as even and controlled pigment flow
during the procedure.
The needle is made of high-quality
316L stainless steel and is placed
in a stabilizing needle tube.
Quantum cartridges have
a profiled needle with a long tip (LT).
Cartridges for the Quantum ONE device
have an elastic silicone membrane,
which prevents pigments and bodily fluids
from flowing back into the device handle.
Cartridges undergo a two-stage quality control
during production, and a sterilization certificate
