The Nude Collection is a line of pigments designed for natural lip pigmentation, matched to the
client’s individual vermilion color.
After healing, the pigment visually evens out the contour, fills in gaps in the vermilion, and
improves lip proportions without an overdrawn or overly intense “lipstick” effect. The color
stabilizes toward a natural mucosal tone.
Nude 1 is a lighter, muted “dirty” pink.
Nude 2 is a darker, deeper version of it. The colors can be mixed together to create shades
tailored to the client’s needs. The blends allow you to recreate the effect of everyday lip
makeup—shades known from products by brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Inglot, or Make Up
For Ever.
If further muting of the color is needed, add 1–2 drops of Light Brown to the mixture.
The colors in the collection are neutral and predictable in use. They perform well on all lip types
—cool and warm, young and mature. After healing, the result remains close to the natural
mucosal tone, without excessive definition.
Nude 1 and Nude 2 can be used individually or mixed together. Both shades can also serve as a
base for creating blends with Terra, Maroon, Amber, and Velvet Rose.
How to check if the mixture is suitable for the client?
After preparing the mixture, apply a
small amount of petroleum jelly to your glove. Then, using a clean cotton swab, pick up the
pigment and mix it with the petroleum jelly. With a new, clean swab, apply a small amount of
the mixture onto the client’s lip mucosa.
Evaluate the color directly on the vermilion.
Composition, base, and pigment behavior
The pigments are based on a water-glycol
carrier system with the addition of glycerin. This type of base ensures formulation stability and
control during pigmentation, resulting in predictable pigment behavior in the lip tissue.
The PVP binder stabilizes the dispersion of colorants and limits their migration within the tissue
after implantation. In practice, this results in even pigment deposition and a healed outcome
close to the effect achieved during the procedure, without uncontrolled color darkening.
