server registers automatically only so-called server logs, such as the name of the demanded file, your IP address,
date and hour of the request, data transfer and the internet provider submitting the request (access data). It also
registers the website request.
This information is analyzed in order to secure correct website functionality and improve our offer only. According
to business evaluation, such policy serves to protect our legal interest, consisting in presenting our offer
correctly. All the access data is removed after 7 days since your visit to our website.
Hosting services provided by an external service provider
In order to outsource data processing, we entrust hosting services and website presentation to an external service
provider. All the data, described in this Privacy Policy, collected to use our website or in order to fill forms
designed for this purpose in our online shop, are stored on this service provider’s servers. Data processing on
other servers is limited to this Privacy Policy’s rules.

2. Collecting and processing data in order to complete an order and create a client’s account
We collect personal information exclusively if you submit it to us willingly by placing your order, contacting us (for example by contact form or e-mail) or by creating a Client’s Account. 3. Sharing information
In order to complete an order we share your information with a delivery service company - as long as it’s necessary to deliver your ordered products. According to your choice of payment while placing an order, in order to complete that payment, we share the payment information we collect with a credit institution that provides the service or to a payment service operator, chosen by us or by you. Some payment service providers collect information on their own, if you create an account with them. In this case, you need to log into your payment service user’s account by submitting your login data in order to place an order. In this situation, the payment service provider’s Privacy Policy applies.
Sharing information with a delivery service company
If you give us your explicit permission during or after placing an order, based on that we share your first name,
last name, your delivery address, e-mail address and phone number with the selected delivery service company in
order for them to contact you before delivering your order, to notify you or discuss the delivery.
This permission can be withdrawn at any time by sending us a correspondent message to our contact address specified
in ”Our contact info and your rights” section or by sending a message directly to the delivery service company,
whose contact address we provide below. After withdrawing the permission, we will remove the information you
provided for that purpose, unless you explicitly express your permission to further use of your information for
other purposes or, according to the existing legislation, we reserve the right to further use of this data, which,
in this situation, we inform you about in this declaration.
